Saigon Pho Grill - Westminster This place offers both the meat and the bone - a suitably rough and prideful presentation of all that is good about the Southeast Asian canon. Odd, perhaps given the Asian setting, but close your eyes and taste, and you'll swear you're eating the real thing-that is, a savory bite of beef Carpaccio 5280 June 2008 Miyama of Colorado - Lone Tree Miyama is as much museum as it is restaurant and, if you get a chance, it's well worth taking a few minutes to tour the facility before you leave.
