Head east and ask for the General. Never mind that there seems to be a Chinese restaurant in every shoppette in Aurora. East Dynasty offers something most the others don't: favorite Chinese-American dishes without the usual heavy-handed harangue.

Give the General Tao a try, spicy with a rich sauce that isn't greasy. East Dynasty offers a vegetable tofu soup full of flavor but light on the salt and oils. All the goodies here are flavorful without being foreboding.
